Nothing but a pleasure to work with! Chue was our installation technician and he was AMAZING! I called mid morning and they had someone out that same day. We went over my needs and I got the bid later that afternoon. After briefly discussing I decided to move forward and I could not be happier. I was able to have my knobs swapped the next day in record time. After realizing I needed to add another key to one of the handles Chue worked his magic and came back out the next day! Highly recommend them for your locksmith needs! Chue is awesome! I will be a return customer!

I called to get a new key fob and they came within one hour! They were much cheaper than the dealership and the technician was friendly and quick. It took like 5 minutes to get it programmed. I highly recommend them.

There's only a couple companies left that make batteries, so all the stores are selling the same thing. The brand names are virtually meaningless for basic car batteries. I was quoted $140 for a battery for my V6 SUV. That seemed high to me, so I called Fleet Farm and payed $94 for the exact same item with a different sticker and a better warranty. Shop around.

Bought a Duracell Ultra at this location a year ago for my car. Battery came with a 3 yr warranty. Dealership tested battery during a routine service and said that something was wrong with it. Voltage and cold cranking amps were low even after they charged it. Went in to Batteries Plus with my receipt purchase receipt and the dealership notes. Everything was handled professionally and the battery was replaced under warranty at no expense to me. Kudos to the customer service rep who took care of me today. Makes it highly likely that my next battery will be purchased at Batteries Plus. I am a happy customer.
